At Blue Blue Driver we only work with metal suppliers that offer certified recycled precious metals and are committed to responsible and sustainable business practices. Wherever possible we only use heirloom, recycled or ethically mined gemstones, and are committed to environmentally friendly studio practices.

  • What size ring am I?

    It’s important for me to have your exact ring size before I begin work on your made to order item. Please visit your local jeweler to get sized, or contact us to order your complementary ring sizer (ships with in USA only). I offer one complementary ring sizing within one size up or down for domestic customers if it doesn’t fit just right. For more tips on finding your ring size, please see our ring size guide. At Blue blue Driver we work in US ring sizes. If you are an international customer please email us with your size and we will convert it into US sizing

  • What kinds of chains do you offer?

    Each necklace listing is paired with the recommended chain for that item along with options for chain length. If you’re interested in a chain or length not listed with the item, please email us.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Ready to ship items will be shipped within two business days as is or within 5 business days if a re-sizing is needed. Made to order items take more time, please allow 4 weeks for the production of your hand-crafted item. For custom orders, please allow 6-10 weeks for production. If you need a rush order please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate your request. A rush order fee may apply.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We ship with FedEx international. Blue Blue Driver is not responsible for any import taxes or custom fees and is not responsible for any additional time the package takes to get through customs. Customs forms will be clearly labeled with the description and price of the items inside. Please check your local customs policies before placing an order.   • Do you offer wholesale ordering?

    We do offer wholesale orders, please contact us to inquire. We do not currently offer items for consignment.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, select ShopPay or PayPal at checkout for payment plan options.

  • Do you offer repairs or resizes?

    All BBD pieces are lovingly made to last a lifetime. Should you need a repair, please contact us. Not all BBD rings are eligible for resizing. For the ones that are, we offer one free resizing within one size up or down. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
